Vimana Yoga

Vimana Yoga is a therapeutic, fitness based, Hatha Flow yoga class designed for all levels. It introduces basic flow as well as strengthening and stabilizing exercises. Vimana Yoga combines several styles of yoga including Bikram, Forrest, Para, and Vinyasa Yoga, and prepares you for all styles of practice. Get stronger, sweat, stretch, heal injuries, and grow and expand your practice to new levels! The room is heated between 95 and 100 degrees

White Horse Vinyasa Flow is a fun, alignment based flow class with groovy music. This class is designed for active mountain people and athletes to cultivate an unsurpassed physical, mental, and spiritual experience. Each week we will focus on a different theme, so you will feel strong, supple, balanced, enlivened, and nurtured, as your practice grows and expands. (All Levels) The room is heated between 95 and 100 degrees

Hot Stretch® is a restorative practice that includes gentle flow, long holds, Yin yoga, pranayama, and meditation. This practice cultivates steadiness and deep calm that allows you to release stress, and deep held patterning by resetting your parasympathetic nervous system. We focus on stabilizing and stretching spine, hips, shoulders, and neck. (Level 1-2) The room is heated between 95 and 100 degrees.

This is a fun and challenging, high paced yoga fitness class. We have taken the best from White Horse Flow and added (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and light weight training! We recommend that you attend at least a few vinyasa classes with Bel before attending this class.
Yin Yoga
Thursday 6:15 pm
Hot Yin is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to help you relax, release tension, and calm your mind. Yin invites us to meet our edge softly and delicately by holding passive postures for 3- 5 minutes. Join us for a juicy evening yin to unwind and unlock what is stuck and stagnant in the energetic, emotional and mental bodies and clear out what is no longer of service to our system.
Partner Acro Yoga

Join Bel for a fun, dynamic, playful, journey into the world of arm balancing, gravity surfing and inversions. You will learn many conditioning techniques to prepare for arm balancing, floating, fore-arm stand, headstand, and handstands! We will also explore fun transitions between postures.
