White Horse Yoga is a fitness and yoga studio designed for people who love to sweat and make every day a celebration of their bodies' ability to heal, strengthen, and serve them spiritually.
We offer hot (90 - 100) and warm (80 - 95 degrees) classes, which tap into the anti-aging, purifying, and revitalizing power of heat while increasing respiration, endurance, flexibility, and strength.

Yoga Sculpt, Buti Yoga, Rocket, Acro, & Inversion Workshops.
Classes focus on movement with breath, while strengthening and mobilizing the spine with side bends, backward bends and core. All classes work from the ground up and are designed for all levels, including those of any age from active mountain people and fitness enthusiasts to those seeking restorative classes. In more rigorous flows during Sculpt or Vinyasa classes, easier posture options are noted by teachers for students at a beginner's level.
As our founder always says, "more or less is up to you!"
